Place breadcrumbs in mixing bowl and soak in 1/2 cup of whole milk for 20 minutes.
While the breadcrumbs are soaking, heat olive oil in pan and cook onions on low until they become clear. Do not brown the onions. (About 5 minutes)
Mix together onions, parsley, and breadcrumbs in mixing bowl.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Shape meatballs to desired size and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Bake meatballs at 425 °F for about 20 minutes until thoroughly cooked and browned, flipping halfway through. All ground meats must be cooked to 160 °F.
Cook in a pot of homemade pasta sauce for an additional 30+ minutes for added flavor (Optional)
